Machine instrumentation

Tekno4 manufactures machine instrumentation according to the needs of each customer using wiring ducts, cables, casings and sensors of the best brands available on the market.

Testing

Tekno4 provides a testing service implemented by its specialized technicians. They perform the tests according to the CEI EN 60204 e CEI EN 60439 regulations, in particular:

  • Continuity of the equipotential protection circuit
  • Applied voltage
  • Insulation voltage
  • Residual voltage (if present)

Final tests are undertaken using computer equipment that:

  • Tests all of the connections
  • Performs a functional test according to the cycle of the electric scheme, which guarantees an absolutely reliable test

Software

Tekno4 is able to implement PLC programming through the following software: OMRON and SIEMENS.
